UX Designer

October 2017 – present

Acted as lead designer on a driver tracking app to be used by up to 50,000 delivery drivers. Collaborated with developers and presented designs to cross-functional teams, from beginning brainstorming and wireframes to pilot and national rollout.

Designed a product tile style that took users an average of 29% less time to use than previous product tiles. A variation of this design was integrated into the customer-facing $5’N UP LINEUP experience.

Surpassed business goal for NFL Game Plan sign-ups by 33% due to team’s user experience for the program. Reached over 1 million sign-ups before kickoff.

Led IT Culture Committee by planning social events, delegating tasks to committee members, and communicating plans to IT leadership team.

Lead aesthetic design of WorldVentures Foundation, including the foundation’s website, logos and branding for campaigns, and marketing collateral.

Designed a user interface (UI) for the WorldVentures Foundation that was eye-catching, told a story, and had clear calls-to-action. The branding initiative that included the website was later featured in HOW Magazine as a 2016 In-House Design Award Winner.

Collaborate with project teams to plan, analyze, organize and execute projects for WorldVentures events, each of which draw more than 20,000 people from around the world.

Collaborated with external consultants to create personas, card-sort, and conduct research to optimize user experience (UX) of new intranet.

Elected by executives as the company’s social media subject matter expert, and selected to train salespeople on why social media is a valuable tool for interacting with customers and best practices of communicating on each channel.
