When I started this project, the foundation had just undergone a rebranding, so there wasn’t much developed yet in the foundation’s new look and feel. Therefore, the website was my opportunity to determine the direction the visual design would go. I used vibrant photographs to draw the user in, and I combined those bright colors with enough white space to give the eye a break and prevent the design from feeling too childish.
The branding initiative that included this website was later featured in HOW Magazine as a 2016 In-House Design Award Winner. In August 2017, the website won a Gold dotComm Award.
