I use visuals to
solve problems.

I’m a DFW-based senior designer currently working for Snagajob, where I create user-centric experiences for Shifts by Snagajob’s job-seekers — all based on user research, usability testing, accessibility guidelines, and UX best practices.

I refuse to procrastinate and I’m a perfectionist by nature, so I quickly and efficiently polish each project until it meets my high personal standards. I am extremely detail-oriented and am known to spot things like an extra space between two words or a line ending a couple pixels short of where it should. I live by spreadsheets and color-coded calendars.

I’ve given speeches as a mentor and thought leader, most recently presenting my guidelines for designing efficiently to an audience of more than 150.

When I’m not in front of the computer, I can be found drawing and painting photorealistic portraits. I’ve displayed my artwork in the State Fair of Texas and the Iowa State Fair for the past 16 years, receiving Best of Show and First Place in both 2019 and 2020.
