Acted as lead UX designer on a driver tracking app, from beginning brainstorming and wireframes to pilot and national rollout. Collaborated with development and product teams, implemented usability research, provided art direction for another designer, and presented designs to stakeholders.

Led the UX design of an ordering portal for call center agents, and presented the updated experience to executives.

Established and maintained internal design style library, ensuring ADA compliance.

Drive sales by creating customer-centric web experiences based on usability research and UX best practices, while simultaneously supporting department strategy and company goals.

Develop functional prototypes that aim to increase satisfaction and reduce time on task compared to the existing version of the website.

Led IT Culture Committee by planning social events, budgeting for activities, delegating tasks to team members, and communicating plans to executives.

WORLDVENTURES
November 2015 – October 2017

Designed a website for the WorldVentures Foundation that told a story, aligned with the new branding, and had clear CTAs inviting users to donate. The branding initiative that included the website was later featured in HOW Magazine as a 2016 In-House Design Award Winner.

Led aesthetic design of WorldVentures Foundation, including the foundation’s website, branding for campaigns, and marketing collateral.

Collaborated with team members to execute design deliverables for WorldVentures events, each of which drew more than 20,000 people from around the world.

Worked independently and as part of a larger team to develop marketing materials to enhance brand image (B2B and B2C).

Collaborated with external consultants to create personas, card-sort, and conduct research to optimize UX of new intranet.

Created product catalogs, promotional brochures, online and print advertisements, and other necessary materials, handling dozens of projects simultaneously.

Maintained the company brand and acted as the subject matter expert on brand standards.

Designed and prepressed company newsletter, which was sent to 13,500 employees each quarter.

Oversaw seven social media channels, and strategized and managed a Facebook campaign that grew from 200 followers to over 50,000 in one year.
